Hey there, I'm Kristy! I’ve been helping Southwest Louisiana buyers and sellers navigate real estate since 2014, guiding hundreds of clients through everything from first homes to relocation moves and more complex transactions.

I grew up here and spent over twenty years as a teacher in the area, so I know the communities, schools, and lifestyle here on a deep, practical level. That local insight allows me to help clients make confident decisions...whether they’re moving across town or relocating from out of state.

My work spans a wide range of properties and price points, including residential homes, relocation clients, and higher-end properties throughout the region.

While online valuation tools can provide a general estimate, they don't account for many of the details that can significantly impact a home's value.

A personalized market analysis allows me to evaluate the unique characteristics of your property and current local market trends to provide a more informed pricing strategy.

Do you require clients to sign a contract?

The paperwork involved depends on the type of assistance you need. I'm happy to answer questions, provide information about homes, and discuss your real estate goals before any formal agreement is needed.

Certain services, such as scheduling property showings or listing a home for sale, do require written agreements as part of the real estate process. If and when an agreement is needed, I'll explain it clearly, answer your questions, and make sure you feel comfortable moving forward.
